1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Flip Room ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Flip Room provides AI-powered interior visualization software accessible via aifliproom.com. Users can upload photographs of interior spaces and generate AI-restaged versions in a variety of design styles.

Generation times are approximate and depend on the chosen output resolution, the AI model serving your plan, current system load, and other factors. A standard-resolution render typically completes in around 15 seconds; high-resolution Agency output and multi-style previews take longer. Any time estimates shown on the site are typical figures, not guarantees.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or submit content. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You must register an account to use the Service. Account registration is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are intended for individual use. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The auto-renewal terms — the price, billing frequency, and renewal date — are shown to you at checkout before you pay, and completing your purchase confirms your agreement to them.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal, at which point the new price applies unless they cancel.

5. Refunds & Statutory Cancellation Rights

General policy. Outside the statutory rights described below, subscription payments are non-refundable. AI Flip Room offers 3 free AI generationswith no credit card required, so every user can evaluate the Service before purchasing. We do not provide discretionary refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, failure to use the Service during a billing period, or change of mind — except where required by law.

14-day withdrawal right (EU / UK consumers). If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days. Because the Service gives you immediate digital access, this right ends once you have requested immediate access and used a paid generation. If you withdraw before using any paid feature, you are entitled to a full refund.

Australian consumers. Our Service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund) that this policy does not limit.

Your statutory rights.Nothing in this Section limits any non-excludable refund or cancellation rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country or province of residence (including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act).

You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images generated by AI Flip Room are artistic visualizations only. Results vary based on input image quality, lighting conditions, room geometry, the wording of any custom prompt, the chosen style and intensity setting, and the inherent randomness of generative AI models.

Multiple attempts may be required.AI generation is iterative — the perfect render often takes 2–3 tries. Refining your prompt, switching the style, or adjusting the transformation intensity (Light / Medium / Strong) typically improves results. Each generation counts toward your plan's usage. AI Flip Room is not responsible for outcomes that did not match your expectation when caused by vague prompts, mismatched style choices, or low-quality input images.

AI Flip Room makes no guarantees regarding specific visual outcomes, photorealistic accuracy, or preservation of any particular architectural feature. Generated images are not architectural drawings, construction plans, or legally binding representations of any property.

Real estate & disclosure law:Most MLS associations and a growing number of jurisdictions require a "Virtually Staged" or "Digitally Altered" disclosure on any AI-modified property photo. For example, California's AB 723 (Bus. & Prof. Code § 10140.8, effective January 1, 2026) requires real-estate licensees to disclose digitally altered listing images — including virtual staging, AI room redesigns, and object or clutter removal — and to provide access to the unaltered original. You are solely responsiblefor compliance with applicable disclosure requirements when using generated images in real estate listings, marketing materials, or any commercial context, and you must not use object-removal, cleanup, or inpainting features to conceal a property's true condition or any material defect.

AI Flip Room is not liable for any financial, legal, or business decisions made based on AI-generated images.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images you do not own or for which you do not have written permission from the rights holder to upload and modify
• Remove, obscure, or circumvent watermarks, copyright notices, AI provenance or AI-generation markers, or other ownership identifiers on images you do not own or are not authorized to alter
• Use the Service for any purpose that would violate copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property laws applicable to you, including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201) and equivalent statutes in your jurisdiction
• Upload explicit, illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Misrepresent property condition in a way that violates applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying AI models or system prompts
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
• Exceed the monthly photo limits stated for your subscription tier on our Pricing page, or attempt to circumvent those limits by sharing accounts, rotating API keys, or other means
• Reset or extend the free-plan allowance by deleting and re-creating accounts, or by registering more than one account — free generations are granted once per person, not per account
• Operate bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated agent that submits generations faster than a human operator can reasonably produce, including any tool designed to parallelize uploads beyond the concurrency offered by the user interface

Fair use of paid tiers.Each paid plan includes a stated monthly allowance of AI generations: 250 per month on Pro and 1,000 per month on Agency, plus rolling short-term (5-hour and weekly) caps to keep usage fair. A single uploaded photo may be restyled up to 20 times (Pro) or 50 times (Agency) within a calendar month; further renders of that photo require a new upload. The AI photo-cleanup tool and Furnish Empty Room are available on Pro (a monthly allowance of 5 uses each) and Agency (100 cleanups per calendar month; Furnish Empty Room with no separate monthly cap, bounded only by the plan’s overall generation allowance). All allowances reset on the 1st. Optional one-time top-up packs add extra generations to an active paid subscription (50 for Pro, 250 for Agency); purchased top-up generations are consumed only after the monthly allowance and remain subject to the short-term fair-use caps. They never expire on a date and are never deleted: an unused balance stays on your account indefinitely. It can only be spent while a paid plan is active, so if your subscription lapses the balance is held rather than lost, and becomes available again as soon as you resubscribe. We reserve the right to adjust these limits or introduce additional rate limits to mitigate automated abuse; any such change will be set generously and will not affect normal human use of the Service. We will warn a user via email or in-app notification before suspending an account for fair-use violations, except in cases of clear automated abuse where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

8. User Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant AI Flip Room a limited, non-exclusive license to process those photographs for the sole purpose of generating AI-restaged outputs for you. We do not claim ownership of your uploads. We do not use your uploaded photographs to train, develop, or fine-tune our own AI models. Your uploads are sent to our third-party AI providers solely to produce your output, under their respective terms (see our Privacy Policy). This commitment regarding our own models is not affected by the optional training permission described below.

Generated outputs — you own them.Subject to the licences you grant in the "Optional permission" paragraphs below (training and showcase), all rights, title and interest in each image you generate with the Service belong to you. You decide what to do with it — keep it, edit it, use it in real estate listings and MLS submissions, client work, marketing and social media, resell it, or use it in any other lawful way. AI Flip Room does not claim ownership of the images you generate. We keep generated images in your in-app history only for the period described in our Privacy Policy, so download anything you wish to keep. Your plan tier affects the file you receive, not your ownership of it:

• Starter (Free):standard-resolution outputs with a visible AI Flip Room watermark — enough to evaluate the Service before you upgrade.
• Pro: watermark-free, full-resolution outputs, plus a commercial license for business and client use.
• Agency: watermark-free outputs at the highest resolution, plus a commercial license for business and client use, and custom-prompt control.

Optional permission — "Help improve our AI" (off by default). With your explicit opt-in, you grant AI Flip Room a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images you generate— never the photographs you upload — to develop, train, and improve our own AI models. This permission is off by default. You can turn it on, and off again at any time, in your account settings (Account → Privacy & data); turning it off applies going forward. Before using generated images to train our models, we will screen out and exclude any image that appears to depict an identifiable person or readable personal information (such as a face, name, street address, document, or licence plate). Withdrawing permission stops any further use of your generated images in training; images already incorporated into a previously trained model cannot be individually removed from it but will be excluded from all future training.

Optional permission — "Showcase my designs" (off by default). With your opt-in, we may feature images you generate as examples in our public galleries, marketing, and social media. This is off by default; you can turn it on, and off again, at any time in your account settings (Account → Privacy & data). If you turn it off, we stop publishing new examples and remove any already-published ones promptly (and in any case within 30 days). We never showcase your uploaded photographs. By turning Showcase on, you confirm that you own, or have permission from the property owner to publicly display, the spaces shown in your generated images. We may also seed our public showcase with images we generated ourselves, which do not require any user's consent.

Disclosure of AI-altered images.Images produced by the Service are AI-generated. Where required by law — for example, California AB 723 for real-estate listing advertisements — you are responsible for disclosing that a listing image has been digitally altered and for providing access to the unaltered original where required. We provide tools, including an optional "Virtually Staged" label, to help you comply.

Your warranties for uploaded photos. By uploading a photograph or modifying it through the Service (including but not limited to AI photo cleanup, object removal, and inpainting features), you represent and warrant that (a) you own the photograph or have written permission from the rights holder to upload and modify it; (b) the photograph does not contain copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content that you are not authorized to use; and (c) your use of the Service and your downstream use of the resulting outputs comply with all applicable laws including, without limitation, copyright law, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201), the EU Digital Services Act, and the EU AI Act.

Automated provenance metadata.Every image you generate with the Service carries embedded EXIF / IPTC metadata recording that it was created with AI Flip Room (aifliproom.com). This is a provenance and AI-generation marker — it identifies that the image is AI-generated and where it was generated, not who owns it. Ownership of the generated image is yours, as stated above; the metadata neither transfers nor reduces those rights. Many real-estate listing services and associations require AI-modified photos to be disclosed as such, and this metadata helps meet that expectation. AI Flip Room's own site assets — sample style images, gallery and marketing images we created ourselves — additionally carry our copyright notice, because those images belong to us. Provenance metadata is invisible in normal viewing but travels with the image bytes; we rely on it for attribution, reverse-image-search discovery and search-engine signalling of our domain as the origin. You may keep or remove this metadata on images you generate, using any photo-editing tool.

Indemnification.You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Flip Room, its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights; (c) any photograph you upload to the Service and any modification you perform on it through the Service; and (d) your downstream use of AI-generated outputs produced by the Service. This indemnity applies in full to business and professional users. For consumers, it applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law.

DMCA & content takedown. We comply with valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. To submit a notice of claimed infringement, or to report content in our public showcase that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, email support@aifliproom.com with sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and the rights you claim to enforce. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action we deem appropriate in response to valid notices.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Flip Room's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and mandatory provisions of EU and Canadian consumer law.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Refunds), 6 (AI Disclaimer), 8 (User Content), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (General) survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General

Governing law.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the courts located in Ontario, Canada as the venue for disputes — subject always to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts, that you have under the law of your country or province of residence.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or to a successor or acquiring entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, sale of assets, change of our corporate form, domicile, or jurisdiction of incorporation, or any other transfer of the business (including by gift), without prior notice; the Service and these Terms continue unchanged for you.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AI Flip Room regarding the Service.
