The core flow. Upload a photo of any room, pick one of 60+styles (Modern, Japandi, Scandinavian, Industrial, Boho, Luxury …) and a few seconds later you get a photorealistic restyle of the same room.

A vision model first reads what kind of room it is and suggests styles that fit — you can pick one of those or any style you like. Walls, windows, ceiling height and the camera angle stay the same; everything else (furniture, decor, colours, materials, lighting) gets reimagined.

Free includes 5 lifetime generations with a watermark. Pro and Agency are watermark-free with a monthly pool.

Plain-English instructions on top of a style. Type things like “swap the bed for a desk”, “paint the walls forest green”, “add a brass floor lamp” — the AI follows the instruction while keeping the rest of the room intact.

Keep prompts short and concrete. “Add a tall bookshelf to the left wall” works better than “make it look like a writer’s study” (use a style for the second one).

Select 2–4 styles, get all of them generated in parallel as smaller preview tiles. Useful when you’re pitching options to a client or deciding which direction to commit to before doing the full-quality render.

Each style still counts as one generation. Previews are at native model resolution (no upscale) so the 4× render stays inside the function time budget — when you pick a winner, re-run it through the single-style flow to get the 2K/4K version.

Upload a photo of an empty room and the AI fills it with a complete styled furniture set. Built for staging empty listings and new builds where there is nothing in the room to work with yet.

Three density tiers: sparse (minimal, airy), balanced (standard staging), maximalist (full decor — sofas, art, plants, accessories). Pick the density that matches how the listing is positioned.

Paint over things you don’t want in the photo and the AI erases them, rebuilding the background behind. Useful before staging: wipe out the previous tenant’s clutter, then restyle the now-clean room.

Two modes. Remove — brushes over things, the AI fills in what was behind. Replace — brush plus a short prompt; turns the masked area into whatever you described.

100 cleanup calls per month on Agency.

Pick render size before generating. 2K is the standard for MLS uploads and marketing brochures; 4K is for large displays, print-grade flyers, and high-end client decks. Output is lossless PNG — no JPG compression artifacts on solid walls or sky.

4K adds ~10–15 seconds to generation time. Same render, just an extra upscale pass at the end.

Switch to outdoor mode for exterior shots — backyards, patios, front entries, gardens. 10 dedicated outdoor styles (Mediterranean, Modern Patio, English Garden, Desert Modern, Tropical Resort, etc.) tuned to keep house architecture and major plantings stable while restyling the ground plane, furniture, and decor.

Auto-enabled when the vision model detects an outdoor scene; you can also toggle it manually.

A small dark pill in the corner of the result with the text “Virtually Staged · AI Flip Room”. On by default — required by most MLS rules and California AB 723 for AI-modified listing photos. If you’re a DIY decorator and not a listing agent, uncheck it on the generate screen and the preference is remembered.

Every render is saved to your history so you can re-download or compare later. Retention depends on the plan:

• Free — 7 days
• Pro — 30 days
• Agency — 90 days

After the window expires the image is deleted. Download anything you want to keep long-term.

Every signed-in user has a personal referral link on /account/referrals. Share it — people who sign up through it are linked to you for 60 days from their first click.

A rewards program for paying referrals is coming soon and will be announced on the blog. Your link tracks every sign-up in the meantime — nothing gets lost.
