AI Flip Room is an online tool for AI virtual staging and interior redesign. You upload a photo of a real room or outdoor space and choose a style; 15–60 seconds later, depending on how much detail the space has, you get a photorealistic picture of the same space in that style. We are a small team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and we launched in 2026.

What we do

We restage photos of real spaces. Furniture, decor, colours, materials and lighting change; the walls, windows, doorways, ceiling height and camera angle stay where the photo had them. What you get back is a styled picture of the room you actually have, not a generic interior.

Pro and Agency add tools for specific jobs: Furnish Empty Room for vacant spaces, AI cleanup to remove clutter, outdoor styles for backyards and patios, custom prompts in plain English, and larger downloads — 2K on Pro, 4K lossless PNG on Agency.

How it works

  1. 1. Upload a photo

    A clear photo of a room or an outdoor space — furnished, half-renovated or empty. JPG, PNG or WEBP.

  2. 2. Choose a style

    Pick from 50+ interior styles — Modern, Scandinavian, Japandi, Industrial and more. Pro and Agency add outdoor styles for backyards, patios and gardens.

  3. 3. Download the result

    Your restyled photo is ready in 15–60 seconds, depending on how much detail the space has. Re-roll it or try another style on the same photo.

How we protect the room in your photo

  • The structure stays

    Walls, windows, doorways, ceiling height and the camera angle stay where your photo had them. Furniture, decor, colours, materials and lighting are what change. Bold decorative styles reinterpret details more freely than clean ones such as Modern or Scandinavian.

  • Every render is checked

    Every render goes through an automatic quality check before it reaches you — window positions, doorways and the room’s real geometry, compared with your original photo.

  • A failed render is redone, not hidden

    A render that fails the check is rendered again. If no attempt passes, you get the best one, clearly marked as a draft rather than a quiet failure, and drafts within the forgiveness allowance do not count against your plan.

  • Listings stay honest

    Virtually staged listing photos have to be disclosed. Paid renders can carry a small “Virtually Staged · AI Flip Room” stamp, on by default. Many MLSs accept a stamp like this, but some ban any mark on the photo and want the note in the listing remarks instead — our guides explain the rules market by market.

  • Room Pack — $9 one-time. 20 renders, no subscription. No watermark tile, just a small corner badge.
  • Pro — $39/month billed yearly, or $46 month to month. 250 renders a month ($468 a year on the yearly plan). 2K downloads, outdoor styles, Furnish Empty Room, AI cleanup and custom prompts.
  • Agency — $89/month billed yearly, or $99 month to month. 1,000 renders a month ($1,068 a year on the yearly plan), everything in Pro, and 4K lossless PNG downloads.
